Running more than 15,000 a month? Set an appointment with us and we'll build a custom plan. There are no annual contracts. It is one of the most affordable high-volume skip tracing plans in the industry for real estate wholesalers, debt recovery teams, and PIs.

Yes. SkipTrace Pro is fully FCRA-compliant and intended for permissible business uses such as locating real estate property owners, debt recovery, and people search. It is not used for credit decisions, employment screening, or insurance underwriting.

What information do I need to run a skip trace?

At minimum you need a name and last known address. You can also search by address only. The more accurate your input data, the higher your hit rate – typical hit rates range from 65–85%.

Yes. Upload a CSV with up to 50MB per file. The platform processes records asynchronously and you can track progress in real time. There are no per-file limits beyond the file size cap.
